15 days of suspension for a public establishment in Cagliari for giving alcohol to minors. The provision ordered by the commissioner was notified this morning to the owner of the premises.

The investigations were carried out by agents of the Administrative and Social Police Division in the context of services aimed at combating the "malamovida" prepared by the Police Headquarters. The aim is to prevent and counteract the uncontrolled consumption of alcohol by very young visitors to the clubs located in the areas of the Marina, Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Piazza Yenne , which often leads to fights or quarrels or in any case disturbing passers-by and demonstrations of incivility and degradation.

The policemen found that in the commercial exercise in question it was not the first time that the administration of alcoholic beverages to minors, including even under-sixteen-year-olds, took place. The owner of the venue was also denounced for the violation of art. 689 of the Criminal Code.
