Shots in the countryside, raids on companies and now even the thefts of weapons have resumed. In Marmilla the nightmare of the blitz of thieves returns after a few days ago someone broke into a house in Albagiara taking away a hunting rifle. Concern is increasingly widespread among the population, the alarm is growing and the appeal for greater controls is launched.

The latest episode occurred in Albagiara but previously there had been an attempted theft in Baressa. In that case too, someone had managed to enter a house, evidently knowing they would find weapons. However, the rifles were well guarded and the thieves ran away empty-handed. And there is also fear for the robberies in the countryside where, between thefts of pigs in a company in Pau and thefts of cars, in addition to several episodes of petty crime, the situation is starting to get rather heated.

In the area there were also damages to video surveillance systems and coin change machines of several establishments. All the facts were reported to the police as already happened in the past when thefts of weapons were a constant and had an almost daily frequency. There had been an increase in controls, numerous searches by the police and carabinieri also with the use of helicopters. After a period of relative calm, now the situation has become critical again and fear is also growing among the citizens.
