Everything is ready for " Ajò a Chentina ", the traditional food and wine festival that will enliven the streets of the town of Torralba on Saturday 4 February from 6 pm, which this year reaches fourteen editions.

With the purchase of the glass (cost 15 euros) you can taste the best wines and typical dishes of the local tradition.

There will be eleven stations: "Cantina Papurasco" which will offer sausage and beans, "Cantina Sa Siccaia" with chickpeas and cabbage, "Cantina Don Ramon", where stewed pork will be served, "Cantina Sos Puddianas" with ravioli and pecorino, "Comitato Sant'Antonio" which will serve boiled sheep, "Cantina I Tripponi", whose delicacy will be the dish with tripe, "Comitato Cabu Abbas" which will offer wild boar aghidu, "Cantina Su Furru" with polenta and veal, "Asd Turalva Calcio" which will serve roast meat, "The Committee of the Holy Spirit", where there will be room for typical desserts and "The Mycological Group", which will offer zichi bread with mushrooms.

A final stage with live music is also planned. The guests of the evening will be the Pozzomaggiore choir and the Dino Nurra Band.

The Pro Loco has also communicated its intention to organize a masked parade on Sunday 19 February . "Prepare ideas and customs - this is the appeal -, we will update shortly with a meeting".
