The goal is to promote "a better work-life balance". For this reason, the Aou of Sassari has signed an agreement with the Farfalla Beauty Srl beauty centre. A free of charge agreement, valid for two years and without the disbursement of public money, which allows the employees of the healthcare company to take advantage of a "discount of 10% on the services of the beauty center and on the hairdressing services".

The second resolution of 2023 provides for it, signed on January 2 by the general manager Antonio Lorenzo Spano. In short, the Aou does what the corporate Crals have always done.

The regional councilor of the M5s Desirè Manca, from Sassari, raises doubts about the advisability of the operation: «Nails with care, hair with styling and depilation. First of all. It seems like a joke, but the 'Aou of Sassari for 2023 has incomprehensibly decided to focus on the aesthetics of hospital staff», ironizes the pentastellata exponent. Who disputes the merits, but not only: «Without taking anything away from the importance of aesthetic treatments, I wonder: but in the face of the countless critical issues faced by the Sassari hospital, constantly collapsing and with the staff reduced to bone, is it ever possible that the second company deed of 2023 concerns the agreement with a beauty center? Wouldn't it have been more appropriate to stipulate an agreement to improve the psychological "aspect" of the employees?», are the questions.

For La Manca it would have been more appropriate «perhaps to envisage an agreement to access psychological support sessions. Considering that the workloads are enormous and the workers are all at risk for high levels of stress».
