She was accused of mistreatment and injuries in the abbey of San Pietro di Sorres in Borutta and was acquitted because the fact did not exist . This is the sentence ordered by judge Claudia Sechi, today in court in Sassari, for an employee of the monastery who, according to the accusations, would have harassed a servant of the structure between May and July 2017.
With a series of alleged behaviors aimed at making the 40-year-old resign, from the threat to kill her dogs to the episode in which he allegedly locked her in the kitchen in addition to continuous obstacles placed in the performance of her work.
According to the prosecutor Angelo Beccu, the charges did not exist, while according to the civil party lawyer Luigi Satta, who requested a conviction and a provisional sum of 10 thousand euros, these should have been reclassified as private violence.
Defense attorney Nicola Lucchi said none of the charges against his client were supported by evidence, also stating that the defendant had never caused problems for anyone at work.
