Shortly before dawn, a shed with flames went up in flames that spread into the building next door, a company.
In the office there was a 44-year-old man, Massimo Lodde, resident in Thiesi. The help was useless for him, the firefighters intervened to extinguish the fire and found his body.
118 and the Carabinieri of the Compagnia di Bonorva also intervened on the spot, who are now investigating to ascertain the dynamics of the accident.
From an initial reconstruction by the military, it seems that it was Lodde who set the shed on fire, and then barricaded himself inside the executive offices. The prosecutor ordered the autopsy. The suicide trail is not excluded.
