A man falls into the Porto Pino canal, the firefighters intervene

The Carbonia firefighters intervened this morning for a man who fell in the canal of Porto Pino, the well-known seaside resort of Sant'Anna Arresi. It would be about a 60-year-old yachtsman who ended up in the waters not far from the pier for reasons yet to be determined.

His health conditions do not seem worrying but as a precaution he was also visited by the staff of an ambulance. A police patrol on the spot to clarify the dynamics of the incident: it cannot be excluded that the man lost his balance while he was too close to the edge of the canal that runs along the first beach, but the military are also carrying out other investigations .
