A couple argues in Alghero; police intervene and report a man for resisting arrest and threatening others.

There have been moments of tension in Alghero in recent days, where an argument between a couple in the street required the intervention of the police .

Police officers, carrying out routine patrols, intervened after observing the two men arguing heatedly. During the investigation, the man, who according to the officers appeared to be clearly intoxicated, likely due to alcohol abuse, allegedly became aggressive toward officers, hurling insults and threats, and resisting checks. Despite attempts to restore calm, the man continued to display hostile behavior and was taken to the police station on Via Kennedy for identification and formal formalities. He also allegedly continued to insult and threaten officers at the police station.

At the end of the proceedings, he was reported at large to the judicial authorities on charges of resisting a public official and threatening a public official.
