A 23-year-old man was hit and killed by a car on foot on State Road 200 in the Sassari area.

A young man was hit and killed by a car last night while walking along State Road 200, in the Sassari area .
The victim is Oussama Mahjoub, 23 years old, a Tunisian citizen .
The tragedy occurred around 9.30pm in the “Marritza” area , the 23-year-old was walking along the main road towards Castelsardo.
Rescue efforts were unsuccessful; the Carabinieri of the Sorso Station and the Porto Torres Company are investigating the incident.
