For over 7 minutes, "between 3.52 and 3.59" on the morning of last Wednesday, Cubaa Bilel, a 28-year-old Tunisian, allegedly suffocated Yuri Urizio, the 23-year-old Italian who died today in hospital, with a "pincer grip" around the neck. after two days of agony, without him being able to react in those minutes, except with "an increasingly weaker movement of his legs" .

This is what emerges from a testimony and from the images of the cameras in the area, as reported in the order of the investigating judge of Milan Angela Minerva, who validated the arrest and ordered precautionary custody in prison for Bilel, who ended up in San Vittore for having attacked Urizio in the Darsena area, in Milan.

The precautionary measure, at the moment, is for attempted murder, but obviously in the next few days, after another request from the Prosecutor's Office, a new one for murder will be issued. It will be necessary to evaluate whether it is voluntary or unintentional.

According to the order, the young man only freed the "victim from his grip" when a police car arrived . Among other things, the provision also states that "at present" the version provided by the 28-year-old in the interrogation, i.e. having defended a girl from a robbery, seems to be contradicted "by the witness' statements and the video footage". Although investigations into this matter will continue.
