The Court of Cassation deemed inadmissible the request with which Massimo Bossetti's lawyers asked to be able to analyze the findings of the investigation which, ten years ago, led to the arrest of their client.

The bricklayer from Mapello was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of 13-year-old Yara Gambirasio which occurred in Brembate in 2010.

In previous decisions it had been established that the finds could only be viewed but Bossetti's lawyers, Claudio Salvagni and Paolo Camporini, who confirmed the inadmissibility decided by the Supreme Court, intended to subject them to new investigations.

Now they will be able to examine them but will not be able to carry out further invasive analyses.
