The 23-year-old who was shot in Cinisello Balsamo, Sant'Eusebio district, is in serious condition.
The young man, who has been prosecuted for drug and property crimes, managed to reach a Red Cross garrison where an ambulance was present. Immediately rescued, he was transported to the Niguarda hospital in Milan and subjected to a delicate operation.
