Open confrontation, and it is the usual clash between "rigorists" and "aperturists" in the government on the activities to be exempted from the Green pass.

The draft of the Dpcm developed by the Ministry of Public Service of Renato Brunetta limits the exceptions to the bone, guided by the criterion of urgency: essentially only food, pharmacies and doctors' offices.

The Ministry of Economic Development is pushing to extend the exemption to a broader list, which includes all the shops that remain open in the red zone: duneuq also tobacconists, newsstands, bookstores, toy shops.

According to Minister Brunetta, if an activity is programmable and there is time to organize with a pad, there would be a request for a certificate (for example, contact a public office or buy an appliance or toys). Instead, where there are immediate needs, for example making a complaint because you are the victim of a crime, the exemption would be triggered.

The executive is therefore looking for a mediation between the two lines, has 15 days from the entry into force of the last decree law (last January 8) to finalize the Dpcm.
