Murder Willy, life imprisonment for Marco and Gabriele Bianchi: screams and curses of the accused

The reading of the sentence was greeted by a long applause from the public present in the courtroom of the Court of Assizes in Frosinone. Many of Willy's friends appeared moved.
The defendants, on the other hand, screamed and cursed as the prison officers took them away.
Heavy sentences also for the other two boys who participated in the brutal beating: 23 years for Francesco Belleggia, 21 for Mario Pinciarelli .
In addition, a provisional provision of 200 thousand euros each for Willy's parents and 150 thousand euros for his sister has been arranged. " A fair sentence ", is the lapidary comment of Armando, father of the victim.
" An unexceptionable sentence in line with the conclusions of the prosecutor - said the two family lawyers - who reads the court pages with absolute rigor and also a recognition of quality as regards the initial investigative activity of the police forces".

Accepted the request for life imprisonment , the prosecutors had instead asked for 24 years for Belleggia and Pinciarelli.
In the indictment , the investigators of the Prosecutor's Office of Velletri spoke of a "violent impulse" implemented without any reason, of a "completely disproportionate and aggressive action with lethal outcomes ".
No motive: “It seems evident that there was no element to justify a conduct of that type; conduct which, therefore, is put in place despite the absence of a valid reason , using that discussion born outside a club as a mere pretext to attack ".
The Bianchi brothers therefore gave "vent to their violent impulse, approaching the crowd with the sole intent of harming and not withdrawing from their criminal intent despite the attempts" of some present "to explain how there was absolutely no need to use violence" .
The motive "is to be considered so banal as to make the aggressive action completely disproportionate with lethal outcomes and within these content limits, it can certainly be observed as a 'non-motive' ".
