Vieri and Caracciolo "almost" victims of a theft "with the white sheet technique"

The former footballer Christian Vieri and his wife and model Costanza Caracciolo almost victims of a theft in Milan.

The two, as they tell on the social media pages, were sitting at a table with friends : «We're at dinner and someone came and wanted to steal the phone - explained Vieri -. But we caught her and sent her away.'

Then the appeal to the followers: «Be careful because these people take a sheet and put it on the phone and then take your phone and sheet. You have to be careful in Milan,” he concluded.

And in fact, as told by Caracciolo in an interview with Corriere, it went exactly like this: «At a certain point a nomadic girl approached us, with a newborn baby she was holding in a pouch. He started talking to us and in the meantime he placed a sheet of paper on the table... but I immediately recognized that gesture, that technique».

A trick «that is now known: I had often seen him, denounced in an infinite number of videos on television and on social channels. Basically, while they talk to you with any excuse, they place a sheet of paper on the table, thus covering your wallet or your mobile phone. And when they go away, without the victim noticing, if he doesn't pay close attention, they collect everything : they go away with the sheet of paper, and above all with what's underneath .'

“Certainly nothing serious happened – he added -, it wasn't who knows what a scare, but it was unpleasant”.
