Last November, two people apparently approached the car of Andrea Giambruno, the former partner of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, during the night in Rome, but they were stopped by an agent who was on surveillance outside the president's home of the Council.

The newspaper "Domani" writes this, according to which the two told the policeman that they were "colleagues", also showing a badge, before getting back into their car and leaving, but without being identified.

The newspaper claims that the Digos was informed of the affair as well as the entire hierarchical ladder up to the head of the Police Vittorio Pisani and the Minister of the Interior Matteo Piantedosi.

From the investigations carried out it would initially emerge that the two men, who had a torch with them, were two agents of the AISI, the internal secret service agency, and in particular of Meloni's escort. According to what the newspaper reports, the capital's prosecutor's office was also informed of the fact.

From the intelligence investigation, a few months later, however, another conclusion was reached: the two men who approached Giambruno's car that night were in reality two fences, perhaps interested in what was of value in that car and not agents intent on planting bugs or anything else.
