Tension in Turin during the protest march against the visit of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. The demonstrators, around three hundred, started from Palazzo Nuovo in an attempt to reach Piazza Carignano.

In Via Principe Amedeo they pushed against the police cordon and a clash broke out with some truncheons. Shortly afterwards , eggs were thrown at the police in riot gear in Via Lagrange.

The Digos of the Turin Police Headquarters identified over 60 people , including several militants from the Askatasuna social centre. According to what is known, the autonomists, according to investigators, coordinated the violent moments during the student demonstration .

The hypothesized crimes range from resisting and injuring a public official, throwing dangerous objects and unauthorized demonstrations. Four officers from the mobile police units were injured in the riots.
