Driving Gigi Bici's car on the morning of Monday 8 November, the day of the 60-year-old's disappearance, was a woman. She was framed by video surveillance cameras at 10.44, when according to investigators Luigi Criscuolo had already been killed.

In recent days, the rumor had circulated that at the wheel of the victim's Polo there could be a woman and not a man, as it initially seemed. This new thesis was confirmed by the more detailed examination of the cameras.

It now remains to be established whether the woman framed in the victim's car is Barbara Pasetti, the 40-year-old physiotherapist from Calignano who ended up in prison on charges of attempted extortion and also investigated for murder and body concealment as part of the investigation into the crime of Gigi Bici.

The man's body was found on the afternoon of Monday 20 December in a field of Calignano near the villa of Barbara Pasetti. The woman is currently the only person under investigation.

Yesterday Franco Pasetti, Barbara's father spoke to “La Vita in Diretta”: “My daughter is not a murderer, someone tried to frame her,” he said. “The arrest - he added - has upset our life: that of my daughter, her child, mine and my wife. The Barbara who is described after her arrest is a profoundly different person from the one I know. She has a tough temper, if she thinks about doing something she gets her nails and teeth out, but she's not a killer. Among other things, he does not have a body that can go against a heavy person ". Someone, it is his conviction, "tried to frame it in order to have an economic feedback".
