The Milan Public Prosecutor's Office has seized the mobile phone of Leonardo Apache La Russa , son of the president of the Senate Ignazio, who is being investigated for sexual assault after a former high school classmate reported it.

The smartphone was delivered in the presence of defense attorney Adriano Bazzoni.
