Three years and 8 months. This is the penalty negotiated before the judges of Prato by Don Francesco Spagnesi, the priest arrested last September for having organized parties with dozens of drug-based people.

The priest would also have stolen money from his parish and cheated the faithful by pocketing the offers, so the Prosecutor's Office also challenged him, in addition to the accusation of drug dealing and trafficking, also the crime of embezzlement.

Instead, the accusation of attempted serious injuries fell, hypothesized after it was initially suspected that the priest had kept silent about sexually transmitted diseases to his partners.
