The report states that the four blows "affected different areas of the body (head and hand, and possibly other areas of the body), with even multiple lesions in the same body segment, involving different surfaces."

From a technical point of view, even considering only the certain ones, relating «to different districts of the head (left forehead, right temporal bone, right lip and right hand)» the lesions are «to be interpreted as different impact poles of a lesion with a multi-district distribution».

The woman was then killed by "a hyperflexion or hyperflexion movement combined with rotation forces of the cervico-thoracic segment", the "chokehold". The medical-legal report speaks of a "grabbing maneuver from behind with the hollow of the attacker's forearm enveloping the neck". A combination of movement and forces "expected in the case of direct external suffocation with grabbing and compression of at least one part of the face, especially if inserted in a context of a fight or in any case of movements made by the woman in an attempt to free herself and be immobilized by the attacker ".
