The principal who had removed a pupil from school in Ladispoli for being hyperactive has been suspended. The provision came from the Lazio Regional School Office, after the request for an inspection ordered by the Minister of Education Giuseppe Valditara on the case of the little boy - only 6 years old - suffering from attention deficit . Thus a regent will arrive at the Corrado Melone institute.

A story, that of the child, which had caused much discussion due to its dynamics and details. Kicked out of school for 17 days, he was denied - as loudly claimed by his parents - a right: the right to education. The family was also supported by the ruling of the Lazio Regional Administrative Court, which ordered the immediate return to class.

Decree which, as recalled by the couple's lawyer, "was not respected by the principal", who refused to let the student enter. The Regional Administrative Court had also provided several hours of support in his favor, "compatibly with the severity of the infirmity he suffers from".
