Suspected stroke for Davide Lacerenza. The former owner of Gintoneria in Milan, under house arrest because he was investigated for possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing and for exploitation of prostitution committed in the club , was hospitalized after feeling unwell.
The news, which circulated in judicial circles, was confirmed to ANSA by his lawyer, Liborio Cataliotti. The ex-partner of Stefania Nobile, Wanna Marchi's daughter, felt unwell, as clarified by the lawyer, around 4 in the morning and was immediately taken to the hospital, where he is now hospitalized under house arrest.
Lacerenza, arrested on March 4, like Nobile and an alleged factotum, in the investigation by the Guardia di Finanza and the prosecutor Francesca Crupi into an alleged drug and prostitution ring at the Gintoneria and the private club La Malmaison, has recently filed an appeal with the Review Court of Milan, through the lawyer Cataliotti, against the seizure, validated with an order by the investigating judge, for a value of over 900 thousand euros.
In reality, compared to that alleged profit from self-laundering, contested only in Lacerenza, the investigators have so far managed to trace only about 80 thousand euros : 33 thousand found in an account in Lithuania, 40 thousand in Italian accounts and ten thousand euros in cash. All money, at the moment, attributable to the man who called himself the "king" of Milanese nights. The investigators suspect, however, is that part of the illicit earnings collected from the alleged drug and prostitution ring ended up abroad, also for investments in Albania.
