A film which - to the general dismay - was "targeted" by disrespectful comments and even insults, alternating with the many messages of affection.

Asia is 14 years old and is undergoing oncological treatment at the Santobono Pausilipon hospital in Naples.

It was the same hospital that released the video in which the little girl - who lives with her family in Sala Consilina, in the Salerno area - tries her hand at the piano. And then, incredibly, the haters went wild.

Mother Rossana told Ondanews, deciding to make some of the nastiest comments public. A disconcerting story that also came to the attention of the Head of State, who wanted to intervene via social media to give his personal encouragement to the little patient.

«How beautiful would it be if each of us cared about using words only to make smiles and give joy?
What kind of world are we building if we let such aberrant things happen?", the hospital wrote on its Instagram profile. Adding: «But precisely because we believe in the power of words we have chosen to use them to try to raise awareness of those very people who, protected by anonymity, have chosen to insult Asia.
