Six stab wounds to the sister, a 68-year-old arrested in the Milan area

He stabbed his sister with six blows to the back.

The attack took place last night in an apartment in Cologno Monzese (Milan). A 68-year-old man under arrest for attempted murder.

The 70-year-old victim, who lives with the man, was rescued and taken to San Raffaele hospital where she is hospitalized in serious conditions but her life is not in danger.

During the inspection the police seized a switchblade and three kitchen knives consistent with the wounds inflicted. The arrested man is now in Monza prison.
