The two psychologists from the San Vittore prison were searched this morning by the penitentiary police who drew up a report on Alessia Pifferi, carrying out a test on the IQ of the woman arrested for multiple aggravated murder for having allowed the daughter of 18 months Diana, abandoning her at home for six days.

The psychologists are being investigated for aiding and abetting and false ideology, and Alessia Pontenani, the woman's lawyer, is also being investigated for false ideology.

According to prosecutor Francesco De Tommasi, it was "falsely" certified that the woman "had an IQ of 40 and therefore a 'serious deficit'", with a test that could not "be used for diagnostic and evaluation purposes". And the two psychologists would have carried out, according to the prosecutor, a "real defensive consultancy activity, which was not within their competence".
