Resistance, violence and insult to a public official and refusal to give personal details.

With these accusations, the carabinieri of Gradara , in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, arrested a 32-year-old worker of Sardinian origin .

The man, – reports the local press – in the throes of alcohol , entered a club last Thursday, starting to insult the patrons, including a woman.

When those present asked him to stop, the 32-year-old increased the dose and then the carabinieri were alerted.

At the sight of the soldiers, the man went into even more outrage, going so far as to attack them with kicks, to spit at them and to throw one of them to the ground . Then the arrest and the classic night in the cell.

In front of the judge, the next day, the man – now sober up – apologized and said he didn't remember anything about what happened . The magistrate validated the arrest, without, however, ordering precautionary measures in view of the trial.
