War in the home of the family of the former patron of the San Carlo group. Alberto Vitaloni, 88 years old, former president of the historic potato chip company, is said to be suffering from a serious form of dementia according to what his son Francesco reported. And, according to a biased report, he would think "like a 5-6 year old child". The accusations are aimed in particular at the sister for "private violence, circumvention of an incompetent person, kidnapping and mistreatment" against the father.
His daughter Susanna, now head of the company, forced him to sign a series of corporate and real estate transactions to her advantage, therefore taking advantage of her elderly father's conditions and deceiving him.
Francesco also claims that he does not know where his father is, in which house, nor in what state of health he is. From what has been learned from judicial sources, the Milan Prosecutor's Office, with the deputy Letizia Mannella and the prosecutor Rossana Guareschi, has opened an investigation into the matter, on the basis of the crime hypotheses reported by Francesco Vitaloni. In the meantime, however, the prosecutors are awaiting the conclusion of the civil proceedings before the Guardianship section of the Court of Milan which, through medical tests, must verify whether the 88-year-old is actually incompetent and needs a guardian.
Among the topics under discussion are, for example, the former owner's purchase of two properties and two parking spaces in via Corridoni in Milan, as well as a villa and land in the Olbia area for a total of 7 and a half million euros. Everything, again according to the complaint, "bought and then donated" to his daughter Susanna.
