The Rome Public Prosecutor has asked for a 4 and a half year sentence for Anastasiya Kylemnyk, ex-girlfriend of Luca Sacchi, accused of the attempted drug purchase in the trial for the murder of Sacchi which took place in October 2019 in Rome.

The prosecutor also asked for a life sentence for Valerio Del Grosso, the material author of the crime, and 30 years for Paolo Pirino and Marcello De Propris, who handed over the weapon used to shoot. Instead, an acquittal was requested for Armando De Propris, father of Marcello, owner of the gun that killed the boy.

The other person involved in the investigation, Giovanni Princi, a friend of Anastasiya and Luca, was sentenced to 4 years with an abbreviated rite.

That evening Anastasiya had 70 thousand euros in his backpack, something of which he accused Princi by himself: they needed, according to the hypothesis of the investigators, to buy a large quantity of marijuana from Del Grosso and Pirino. The latter two would have tried to steal the money without giving drugs, and the episode ended in tragedy with the death of Sacchi, at just 25 years old.
