The Trieste Public Prosecutor's Office is ready to ask for the validation of the arrest for Ali Kashim, the 21-year-old Moroccan young man who confessed to killing Robert Trajkovic , a 17-year-old of Serbian origin, his "rival" in love.
The accusation that is being contested to the 21-year-old is that of voluntary murder. The investigations, although the young man has admitted his responsibilities, are not concluded: the investigators are in fact carrying out investigations to understand whether Ali acted or not with the help of accomplices.
Meanwhile, the outcome of the autopsy on the body of the 17-year-old is awaited, who allegedly was strangled with a lace inside a building, with the body that would then be left in a basement.
The mayor of Trieste, Roberto Dipiazza, commenting on the affair, asked for greater controls on immigrants who come to settle in the city. Punctuating the cases of violent news in which foreign people were protagonists - from the two agents killed in the police station to the shooting in the center of months ago - Dipiazza underlined the need to "begin to think about hospitality: one cannot welcome everyone and say 'do what you want'. We need more controls. "
According to what has been reconstructed so far, the relationship between Robert and Ali was one of friendship, but then something would have cracked and broken between the two, due to a disputed girl, a 19-year-old, who will also be heard by the investigators in the coming days.
