She is treated and recovered at the Termini Imerese hospital (Palermo), she is elderly and her family members turn to a private company for transport home. And during the ambulance transfer, the stretcher overturns, she falls, hitting her head and dies .

The victim is an 85-year-old woman : after the accident she was immediately taken back to the emergency room and hospitalized, but she didn't make it and died following the head haemorrhage .

The family members now want to see clearly, they have presented a complaint to the Prosecutor's Office of Termini Imerese and the prosecutor on duty Concetta Federico has ordered the seizure of the body in view of the autopsy .

The woman had been hospitalized for kidney failure, her condition improved and the doctors decided to discharge her. Then the dramatic epilogue.
