The grip on the “ baby gang ” theme is tightening in Italy. For the parents of minors , a series of measures are on the way which suspend any single allowance or Citizenship Income received by the family.

"The legislative intervention for 14-year- olds who commit a violent action of this kind provides for a warning measure in the presence of their parents, from 14 to 18 instead socially useful jobs or ordinary trial immediately with penalty without discounts ", declares the undersecretary of Justice Andrea Ostellari.

“ Justice in our country – he continues – is still considered a cost and not a resource , we need to change our paradigm, vision and invest in personnel and judges, only in this way will we have the possibility to change our system. In the coming weeks, we will file a new bill that seeks to solve the very problem of baby gangs to give a signal to young people and their parents .
