A one-year-old child is in very serious condition, he is transferred today from the Perugia hospital to the Meyer in Florence after arriving in the emergency room in cardiac arrest and hypothermia. There were also lesions on the baby . It is life threatening.

The baby was taken to the hospital by a friend of the mother's wrapped in a water-soaked blanket . The mother told doctors that her son risked choking after eating a cookie, so she would throw cold water on him.
He had already ended up in hospital in March with a fracture in his right humerus. Examinations today revealed a fractured head and a lump in the same area .
The baby is hospitalized in the neonatal intensive care unit.
