They allegedly targeted, without any apparent reason, peers of non-EU origin , violently attacking them, up to the point of attempting to murder one of the victims , a boy of Egyptian nationality, who was stabbed at least 12 times, causing serious injuries to a lung and to the heart.

For this reason, four minors were stopped by the State Police of Caserta in execution of an order issued by the Judge for Preliminary Investigations at the Juvenile Court of Naples, at the request of the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office.

The attack took place last October in the city center of Castel Volturno, in the "villaggio Coppola" area. The stab wounds inflicted had put the boy's life in danger, and he had undergone urgent surgery at the emergency room of the local hospital.

The activity of the police officers of the Castel Volturno Public Safety Police Station allowed the reconstruction of the dynamics of the event , thanks to the analysis of video surveillance images, the collection of testimonies and photographic recognitions.

Three of the arrests were carried out in recent days. The last, ordered by the prosecutor, in the last few hours following the investigations carried out by the Police Station. The young man, after the ritual formalities, was taken to the First Reception Center of Colli Aminei in Naples, awaiting validation of the measure.

Further investigations are underway to identify all the youths involved in the attack.
