Manuel Gabrielli , the lawyer of the sole survivor of the Erba massacre, Mario Frigerio , was found dead at his home in Novedrate in the province of Como.
He was 47 years old, he was registered with the Monza bar.
It was his wife who found the body in the garage and raised the alarm, but help was useless . The Como prosecutor's office ordered the autopsy, the voluntary gesture is not excluded.
Gabrielli, two sons, with a past as a municipal councilor in Novedrate, was a criminal lawyer active above all in Brianza . He had his studio in Seregno.
In 2006 he had become known for having assisted Mario Frigerio, the survivor of the massacre of Erba, a key witness in the trial of Olindo Romano and Rosa Bazzi sentenced to life imprisonment in Cassation .
He was also the lawyer of the singer Michele Bravi, who was involved in a car accident in Milan in 2018 in which a 58-year-old woman died.
