On the day of the thirtieth anniversary of the start of the Mani Pulite investigation, Piercamillo Davigo, one of the prosecutors at the time at the forefront of the fight against corruption, was indicted by the Brescia GUP Federica Brugnara.

The former councilor of the CSM is accused of revealing the secret of office for the case of the reports of Piero Amara on an alleged "Hungarian lodge".

The trial will open before the first criminal section of the Brescia Court on April 20.

"Davigo will defend himself in the trial being certain of his innocence", specified the defense represented by the lawyers Francesco Borasi and Marco Agosti. Davigo, according to the Brescia prosecutor's office, convinced the Milanese prosecutor Paolo Storari to deliver the minutes to him and then disseminated them within the CSM. Records that were covered by investigative secrecy.

Prosecutor Storari is also accused of the same affair, but he asked to be tried with an abbreviated procedure. The judge postponed him to next 7 March.
