The Milan Prosecutor's Office has opened a parallel case for "illicit dissemination of sexually explicit images or videos", i.e. revenge porn, in the case of the 22-year-old who accused Leonardo Apache La Russa and his DJ friend Tommaso Gilardoni of sexual violence.

The investigation, currently involving unknown persons, arose from the complaint presented by the girl and which refers to the news that appeared in the media relating to the existence of videos from that night between 18 and 19 May , which were apparently made by Gilardoni and by the son of the president of the Senate.

In the main investigation into the alleged sexual assault, investigators have long since tracked down a very short video from that night in La Russa junior's phone , but which has no sexual content. The other three videos, however, one of which was apparently made by Leonardo Apache, are said to be on the phone that Gilardoni handed over on 12 December, the day he was interrogated.

At the moment the investigators only have in hand the description given in the minutes by Gilardoni himself of those shots which, according to him, concern consensual relations with the girl, who he defines as conscious and aware. A "game", that of filming yourself, which, La Russa Jr. also explained in yesterday's interrogation, the girl would have accepted.

After learning of the existence of the videos, the young woman's lawyer filed a complaint. Hence the registration of the file against unknown persons for the crime of revenge porn which punishes those who "send, deliver, transfer, publish or disseminate images or videos with sexually explicit content, intended to remain private, without the consent of the persons represented" . The investigators, after extrapolating those videos which are not yet in practice in the investigation documents, will have to verify whether the two boys sent them to each other and whether or not they circulated among their friends.
