A request for an immediate trial is looming for Alessandro Impagnatiello , accused of the murder of Giulia Tramontano, his partner stabbed last May 27 in the couple's house in Senago.

Once all the elements have been collected, the Public Prosecutor's Office will still be able to contest the aggravating circumstance of premeditation , excluded in the precautionary custody order of the investigating judge. The trial with immediate rite does not provide for penalty discounts and provides for the passage directly from the closure of the investigation to the trial, effectively skipping the preliminary hearing.

The Senago house was perfectly tidy and clean, so much so that the many traces of blood found during yesterday's inspection were identified only thanks to the candle. PREMEDITATION AND ALLEGED ACCOMPLICES

In addition to the searches close to the time of the murder, it was also ascertained that Impagnatiello would have searched the web for "human rat poison" 5 or 6 days before the crime and a package of rodenticide was seized in the house yesterday .

A fact that suggests the aggravating circumstance of premeditation . A few minutes earlier, however, the barman had looked for "burnt ceramic bathtub", and after the murder he attempted to burn Giulia's body right in the bathtub.

It is different if profiles of conspiracy to conceal the body should emerge, another crime contested against Impagnatiello. At the moment, from the surveys carried out yesterday in the house, including the garage and cellar, confirmations have been found of the versions provided in the two confessions by the 30-year-old (the murder took place in the living room), including the fact that the tub, where the man allegedly attempted to set fire to the corpse, it was found burned in several places. But several contradictions also emerged. It remains to be verified, even with entomological analyses, when the body was placed outside. The body was found near some boxes in via Monte Rosa, near a bar where the barman and his mother had gone to find out about the possible presence of television cameras .

It also remains to find the girl's cell phone . Impagnatiello reported having thrown it into some manholes near the Comasina metro station in Milan, together with Giulia's driving license and credit cards: the carabinieri found papers and documents, no trace of the cell phone .
