The new Ichnusa arrives in the Capital and drives the Romans crazy. Long queues outside the premises on a midweek day to taste the new beer produced in Assemini, Ichnusa Ambra Limpida.

Up until a few weeks it was only available in Sardinia, it finally landed on the continent and thousands of Romans gathered to taste it.

Which confirms the love of the citizens of the capital for beer (per capita consumption of about 35 liters a year) and in particular for beer with the unmistakable Quattro Mori logo. Even in the past, when you had to go to Sardinia to drink an Ichnusa, Rome was an exception. The beer was found in some shops and clubs in the capital and on the Lazio coast due to its proximity to the port of Civitavecchia.

The same path that Ichnusa Ambra Limpida is following: distributed in Sardinia since December, now the stems are also arriving in other Regions.

«Ichnusa Ambra Limpida is the result of the work of all the people of the Assemini Brewery who have dedicated themselves to this new beer for over a year», says the director of the brewery Matteo Borocci. «The first reactions were extremely positive, we hope that this summer will be appreciated more and more».

The new Ichnusa is a filtered lager with an alcohol content of 5%, it is golden with amber hues. The Assemini brewery has added a touch of rice grown in the Oristano area to the selection of cereals and hops.
