Tragedy this morning at dawn in Jesolo (Venice), where two young people died and one was seriously injured in a head-on collision between two cars.

The dynamics of the accident need to be ascertained, which occurred on provincial road 47 and in which a Citroen C4 and a Toyota Yaris were involved.

Just the two boys on the Yaris had the worst: Tommaso Cattai, the 23-year-old driver, and Mattia Pavanetto, 24, from Musile and San Donà di Piave respectively, died. The two friends spent the evening at a festival in the area and then headed to Jesolo where they were supposed to sleep in the hotel of Pavanetto's father, the Sayonara hotel. A collision took place on the way. The man driving the Citroen was seriously injured, a 38-year-old extracted from the cockpit by the firefighters, stabilized by the 118 doctors and airlifted to the hospital. The carabinieri diverted the traffic and carried out the surveys.
