He published an advert on the web offering a PlayStation for 500 euros. A buyer then contacted him and paid the agreed price. But when he opened the package delivered by the postman, the bad surprise arrived: inside there was no console, but bricks.

After the report of the unfortunate person, a young man from Cisterna di Latina, the person responsible was identified by the police: he is a man of Sardinian origin, who was first reported and then sent to trial on charges of fraud.

The decision, reports the Lazio press, was taken by the magistrate of the Court of Latina, Pierpaolo Bortone, at the request of the prosecutor Giorgia Orlando.

The trial will begin next March.
