Alarm in Rho, in the province of Milan.
A 42-year-old man barricaded himself in his home after firing a couple of shots.
An ambulance arrived at the scene after receiving a report of intervention for a man who had abused drugs.
The health workers, after hearing the gunshots, alerted the Carabinieri and the firefighters who are now trying to convince the man to leave the gun and go out of his apartment.
