He falls into the hotel swimming pool, a two-year-old child dies

Tragedy in Velturno, South Tyrol, where a child died after falling into a hotel swimming pool.

The little boy, two years old, was from the place: he was with his parents and two brothers in the wellness area of the hotel for a few hours of leisure and relaxation.

In a moment of inattention, however, he fell into the water. When he was found and recovered he had already fainted.

Taken to the hospital in Bressanone, the little boy was resuscitated and immediately transferred by helicopter in very serious condition to the university hospital in Innsbruck. Unfortunately he died there shortly after.
