For three days he has been blocked at the jetties for Sicily in Villa San Giovanni (Reggio Calabria) because, not vaccinated, he does not have the mandatory Super Green pass to get on the ferry.

The protagonist of the sensational protest is Fabio Messina, a 43-year-old sales agent from Palermo. From Monday he sleeps in a sleeping bag.

Messina through its lawyer Grazia Cutrino filed an appeal with the judicial authority to request the cancellation of the ban on ferries and while waiting for the situation to clear it spends its days in the dock area.

Messina was also denied the possibility of traveling by being locked in his car during the transfer to Sicily.

The affair is being brought to the attention of Parliament, with the deputy of Alternativa Francesco Sapia who presented a question to the ministers of the Interior and Health denouncing the "discrimination operated by the government" which "violates the right to free movement".
