At the height of an argument, he stabbed his neighbor, injuring him in the neck and sending him to hospital in serious condition.

It happened last night in Pontenure, in Piacentino, where the attacker, a 25-year-old, was arrested. Looks like he was drunk.

The carabinieri intervened on the spot. The victim is a 25-year-old of Romanian nationality.
