A 14-year-old boy was stabbed on a city bus in Genoa . The incident occurred late yesterday evening in Rivarolo, Valpolcevera.

According to reports, another boy, also a minor, Italian of Albanian origin, was arrested by members of the Flying Squad of the Genoa Police Headquarters.

The injured boy, a Tunisian, underwent emergency surgery at Villa Scassi hospital to treat the serious wounds he sustained to his abdomen and arm.

The prognosis is guarded, his condition is stable.
