A window was reconstructed to the same dimensions as the one at the Monte dei Paschi di Siena headquarters in Rocca Salimbeni, and a Carabinieri athlete, the same build as David Rossi, volunteered to simulate the victim's reaction movements.

All hypothetical simulations were created using forensic trauma dynamics: Rossi's fall was therefore reconstructed with a single attacker, with two or three, both with the victim conscious and unconscious.
