A new name emerges in the investigations by the Pavia Prosecutor's Office into the murder of Chiara Poggi , the 26-year-old killed in her home in Garlasco on August 13, 18 years ago.
It seems to be a person who, according to what has been learned from sources close to the investigation, has already been questioned by the Carabinieri and whose personal details have not been provided.
On Monday morning , Daniela Ferrari, mother of Andrea Sempio, summoned to the barracks to be heard as a person informed of the facts , reportedly felt unwell just when the police asked her about this person .
Sempio's defender, Angela Taccia, confirmed this in a television interview with Antenna3. On Monday, she accompanied Daniela Ferrari to the barracks as a family friend.
"Andrea's mother just told me 'I don't understand what this has to do with anything', she was expecting questions about her son, she panicked - says the lawyer - Once she left the barracks she didn't want to talk about it anymore, she kept crying ".
The lawyer did not want to reveal the name of this person. "I had never heard of it," he says, "but it was clear from the start that they were widening the investigation."
