Carmine Gallo , the former super cop under house arrest in the investigation into an alleged spy ring linked to the Equalize company, died suddenly this morning in his home in the province of Milan .
As reported by his lawyer, Antonella Augimeri, Gallo, 66 years old, was struck down by a sudden heart attack.
