The wait in the economic world is now all for Silvio Berlusconi's will which should be opened in the next few days.

The central theme of the succession is the division of more than 60% of Fininvest in the hands of the founder. If Berlusconi's share were assigned in equal parts to the five children, the majority of the family holding would refer to Barbara, Eleonora and Luigi. If instead the "legitimate" part was addressed to Marina and Pier Silvio, who have been at the top of the group companies for years, Veronica Lario's children would have control of Fininvest. And therefore they could direct the hypothetical negotiations with partners or possible buyers.

The last wishes of the Cav are almost certainly in the hands of the "historic" notary who has followed Fininvest from the time of the first real estate transactions and also Milan, when it was owned by Berlusconi, that is the Milanese Arrigo Roveda. In his custody the provisions of the succession could also remain for the whole weekend, while the Stock Exchange cools the race of the group's shares. Share B, the most representative one with ten voting rights, in fact closed down by 2.4% at 0.73 euro, Mfe A down by 2.8% at 0.55, with the share now also listed in Madrid after the merger of the Spanish subsidiary.
